With a needs-based mentoring programme, tanz_netzwerk_bremen PROFESSIONAL offered dance professionals in Bremen the opportunity of reflecting on and further developing their work or entire projects in close collaboration with a mentor.
In various forms, the mentoring served to accompany dancers in Bremen, for example as dramaturgical support or receiving an external choreographic view.
At the networking and exchange meeting on September 5, 2022, the participants got to know each other. They introduced themselves and their questions, shared interim results, and drew an initial conclusion about what mentoring is helpful for and what added value and challenges mentoring brings.
The mentoring supports artists as a means to network and as an impulse for new projects or the elaboration and reflection of existing working processes.
