On September 20, 2025, the 2. LANGE NACHT DER BÜHNEN took place: A joint event by 20 Bremen venues that showcased the diversity of the performing arts across the city throughout an afternoon and evening.
Between 3:00 and 10:00 p.m., visitors enjoyed a rich and varied program: open rehearsals, excerpts from productions, performances, concerts, and guided tours invited audiences to discover new places and take a look behind the scenes. Whether dance, theatre, musical theatre, magic, or puppetry – Bremen’s venues presented themselves in all their variety.
Participating venues included: AMS! Theater, Blaumeier-Atelier, Boulevardtheater Bremen, bremer kriminal theater, Bremer Philharmoniker, bremer shakespeare company, Bremer Tourneetheater im Lagerhaus, Bürgerhaus Weserterrassen, etage° Bremen, Mensch, Puppe!, Metropol Theater Bremen, OpusEinhundert im Theater im Volkshaus, Schlachthof, Schnürschuh Theater, Schwankhalle, tanzbar_bremen, Theater 11, Theater Bremen, Theaterschiff Bremen, and the Zentrum für Kunst.
The evening concluded with a joint party at Falstaff in the bremer shakespeare company from 9:30 p.m. onward.
