In the professional training, dance professionals in the state of Bremen have the opportunity to network and further qualify themselves. Please register via our event calendar: register here
Registration for professional training is required. The training will take place if there are at least 3 registrations. There is a fee of 5 euros for LAFDK members and students and 10 euros for non-members. Please bring the money in cash to the professional training. Alternatively, you can buy discounted 5-person tickets (20 or 40 euros) at our office, which can be redeemed at the professional training.

There is a limited number of participants. If possible, you should register up to 48 hours before the professional training session. If you have to cancel, please send us an email at least 3 days before the professional training to: tanznetzwerk@lafdk-bremen.de

Due to a lack of funding, there has unfortunately been no more professional training since January 2025.

In addition, starting in the fall of 2023, Theater Bremen will open its professional training for dancers from the independent scene. There are three spots per training, participation is free of charge.

The trainings will be confirmed via the group. Any last-minute changes will also be communicated via the group.

Since September 2023, tanzbar_bremen's regular open professional training for dancers from Bremen's dance scene has been taking place at Plantage 13. 

Dates: every Tuesday and Thursday from 9 am to 10.30 am. The training takes place on a barrier-free accessible rehearsal stage. The number of participants is limited; please register by email or via the website, stating any assistance requirements.  In cooperation with Theater Bremen, funded by pik - Program for Inclusive Arts Practice of the German Federal Cultural Foundation.
