The LAFDK has joined law firm Laaser's contract template pool ("Vertragspool") since April 2021. Together with other state associations (NRW, BW, Hesse, Bavaria, Hamburg, Saxony-Anhalt...) we (and all our members) can now access the contract templates drawn up by this law firm. We, the LAFDK, contribute a contract template for the #TakeThat programmes which is available since April 2021. 

Procedure to order contract(s)

0) Membership in the LAFDK is a prerequisite

1) Please sign and send us back the clause "Haftungsausschluss" - once only!

2) Fill out the  form "Bestellung Musterverträge" and send it back via Mail to info@lafdk-bremen.de – periodically!
